  • Advertiser: Refers to any natural or legal person of legal age who holds an account and has submitted a listing on the Website. Advertisers must be logged into their Personal Account to deposit or manage listings. Creating a listing automatically entails the establishment of a Personal Account.

  • Personal Account: Refers to the free space that an Advertiser must create and connect to via the Website to disseminate, manage, and view their listings.

  • adspostoday: Refers to the company that publishes and operates the Website and Mobile Site: [Your Company Name], registered in [Your City] under registration number [Your Registration Number], with its registered office at [Your Company Address].

  • Customer Service: Refers to the department at adspostoday where the Advertiser may obtain further information. This service can be contacted via email through the contact link on the Website.

  • adspostoday Service: Refers to the classified ad services made available to Users and Advertisers on the Website and Mobile Site.

  • Website: Refers to the website operated by adspostoday accessed via the URL https://adspostoday.com.

  • Mobile Site: Refers to the mobile-optimized version of the site accessible via https://adspostoday.com.

  • User: Any visitor with access to the adspostoday Service via the Website or Mobile Site.

2. Subject

3. Acceptance

Any use of the website by a User or Advertiser constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the current Terms.

4. Responsibility

adspostoday shall not be held liable for the non-performance or improper performance of transactions between Users, nor for the content of the Listings. The Advertiser is solely responsible for their posts. adspostoday is not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance or "Force Majeure" (circumstances beyond our control).

5. Modification of these Terms

adspostoday reserves the right, at any time, to modify all or part of these Terms and Conditions. Advertisers and Users are advised to consult the Terms regularly to be aware of any changes.

6. Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, that specific provision shall be deemed unwritten. However, the remaining provisions will continue to remain valid and applicable between Advertisers and adspostoday.
